My paintings are abstractions of subjects in my environment and reflect my love of and respect for nature. I paint for the sake of painting, for the joy of recording my impressions of the world around me in a style in which the colors and forms in the paintings are the most important elements, but without obliterating the visible world.     Helga Haller

Helga Haller has returned to Ann Arbor, Mi, to be closer to family. She is currently building a studio at her home and plans to resume painting later this year.
